Where We Deliver

We deliver to virtually all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Europe, USA and Canada, please refer to the table opposite for pricing details.

Standard Delivery

PLEASE NOTE FROM 15th - 24th MAY 2013 ORDERS WILL TAKE SLIGHTLY LONGER TO PROCESS THAN NORMAL AS WE WILL ONLY BE PROCESSING AND DISPATCHING ORDERS EVERY 3 DAYS DUE TO OUR ANNUAL STOCKTAKE. NORMAL 24 HOUR TURNAROUND TIMES WILL RESUME ON MONDAY 27TH MAY.

Single bar orders fit through a standard letterbox and are dispatched using Royal Mail's 1st class post. We charge £1.65 for postage and packing on all items costing less than £7.50.
For orders over £7.50 standard delivery is £2.95 and items are usually dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail's 2nd class service. This service normally arrives within 2-3 days.
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30 (going to one UK address).

Express Delivery Service

PLEASE NOTE FROM 15th - 24th MAY 2013 THERE WIL BE NO EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE DUE TO OUR ANNUAL STOCKTAKE. NORMAL SERVICE WILL RESUME ON MONDAY 27TH MAY.

If time is of the essence, you can upgrade to Express Delivery at the checkout for £5.95. If you order has been placed before 1pm it will go same day (Monday-Friday).
Please note that the courier company only operates Monday-Friday and delivers throughout the day. Our express service is available to most UK mainland destinations, except the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, with no deliveries on Saturday so please consider a work address for delivery if you are not going to be at your home address.

Speed of Processing

From Monday-Thursday we normally will dispatch your order within 24 hours (even quicker if you have upgraded to Express delivery). Orders placed after midday on Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. The Royal Mail usually deliver orders within 1-3 days. During busy periods we will warn you if we don't think we can dispatch your order in these time frames. Please note, delays due to adverse weather conditions, bank holidays and industrial action are out of our control.

Deliveries outside the UK may take up to 4-8 working days.

Tracking Your Order

If you have opted for Standard Delivery, we will send you an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order 4 days after the dispatch confirmation date, please contact us using the link below and we can chase up your order with the Royal Mail.
If you have upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked your order will include a tracking number. Express Orders are also fully trackable.

Please note, although deliveries outside the UK cannot be tracked, a signature will be required on delivery.
