About the Chocolate

Our chocolate has been produced using couverture chocolate sourced in Belgium. The couverture that we use has a high cocoa content - 35% minimum for milk and 70% minimum for dark chocolate. It is moulded into chocolate bars in the UK.

Our Milk Chocolate

This is an extremely smooth chocolate with a creamy texture and irresistibly sweet flavour.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin. Cocoa solids 35% minimum, milk solids 20% minimum. Bar weight: 100g. Produced in a facility that may contain nut traces. Contains milk and soya derivatives. Suitable for vegetarians.

Our Dark Chocolate

This is a wonderfully rich and powerful tasting chocolate that will be enjoyed by dark chocolate enthusiasts.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin. Cocoa solids 70% minimum. Bar weight: 100g. Produced in a facility that may contain nut traces. Suitable for vegetarians.

Information for Vegans

Although our dark chocolate does not contain dairy products, the same machinery is used to make our milk and dark chocolate. Although the machinery is cleaned thoroughly between products, there is still a small chance that cross contamination of milk to dark chocolate may occur.
