Where we deliver

We deliver to virtually all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Please note we currently do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

All UK standard orders are sent using Royal Mail's 1st class service. This service does not require a signature and a single bar fits through a normal letterbox. We charge £2.45 for postage and packing for single items throughout the UK. A flat fee of £2.95 applies thereafter regardless of weight. We offer FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30 (going to one UK address).

Express Delivery Service

You can opt to upgrade your delivery to our Express Delivery Service at the checkout. Please note that the courier company we use only operates it's trackable next day service from Monday-Friday. During quieter periods if you are ordering after 1pm on Thursday, in terms of speed of delivery, you would be better to choose standard delivery. However, during the Xmas and Valentines Day period when we are processing a high volume of orders, you may still wish to select Express Delivery as these orders are always given priority. Our express service is available to most UK mainland destinations, except the Scottish Highlands & islands and Northern Ireland. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, with no deliveries on Saturday so please consider a work address for delivery if you are not going to be at your home address.

Lead Times

Our mission is to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible so you don't have to pay unnecessary courier costs. From Monday-Thursday we normally will dispatch your order within 24 hours. Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. The Royal Mail usually deliver orders within 1-2 days. During busy periods we will warn you if we don't think we can dispatch your order in these time frames. Please note, delays due to adverse weather conditions, bank holidays and industrial action are out of our control.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order 3 days after the dispatch confirmation date, please contact us using the link below and we can chase up your order with the Royal Mail. If you have upgraded to Express Delivery Service your order will include an expected due date. If it does not arrive when stated we can track it with the courier company and get back to you with an update.
