Where We Deliver

We deliver to virtually all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Europe, USA and Canada, please refer to the table opposite for pricing details.

Standard Delivery

Single bar orders fit through a standard letterbox and are dispatched using Royal Mail's 1st class post. This service normally arrives within 1-2 days. We charge £1.65 for postage and packing on all items costing less than £6.16.
For orders over £6.16 standard delivery is £2.95 and items are dispatched using Royal Mail's 2nd class service. This service normally arrives within 2-3 days.
If you want to keep an eye on your delivery you can upgrade to the Royal Mail's Tracked service for £3.95. This service normally takes between 2-3 days and you will be sent a tracking number which lets you include any special delivery instructions for the postman.
We offer FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30 (going to one UK address).

Express Delivery Service

If time is of the essence, you can upgrade to Express Delivery at the checkout for £5.95. If you order has been placed before midday it will go same day (Monday-Friday).
Please note that the courier company we use only operates it's trackable next day service from Monday-Friday. Our express service is available to most UK mainland destinations, except the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, with no deliveries on Saturday so please consider a work address for delivery if you are not going to be at your home address.

Speed of Processing

From Monday-Thursday we normally will dispatch your order within 24 hours (even quicker if you have upgraded to Express delivery). Orders placed after midday on Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. The Royal Mail usually deliver orders within 1-3 days. During busy periods we will warn you if we don't think we can dispatch your order in these time frames. Please note, delays due to adverse weather conditions, bank holidays and industrial action are out of our control.

Deliveries outside the UK may take up to 4-8 working days.

Tracking Your Order

If you have opted for Standard Delivery, we will send you an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order 4 days after the dispatch confirmation date, please contact us using the link below and we can chase up your order with the Royal Mail.
If you have upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked your order will include a tracking number. Express Orders are also fully trackable.

Please note, although deliveries outside the UK cannot be tracked, a signature will be required on delivery.
